The rates below are for pre-season bookings with cash or check payment. They do not include 9% Maine state sales tax. An additional 5% is added to the base rate for credit card payments. Rates for new bookings may be subject to change once the season begins.

Cottages and apartments rent for 7-night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) during the in-season and a 3-night minimum in the off-season. In-season = June 22– Sept 6 Off-season = May 1– June 21 and Sept 7 – Oct 28
We ask for a deposit of 25% by the end of January. The balance is due when you arrive.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep your reservation. If we have not received your deposit by the end of January (or fairly soon after making the reservation) we will contact you to see if you are still interested so that we can fill the vacancy if you are unable to keep your reservation.
Deposits are refundable until 28 days before arrival, less a $25 processing fee. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is within 28 days of arrival.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you arrive early we ask that you please find something to do in the area until 3:00 pm; we can provide suggestions. We take the time to make sure the cottage is very clean rather than rushing our staff.
We are busy turning cottages over on Saturday mornings. If you call before noon on Saturday you can leave a message and we will return your call when we are back in the office.
Please respect our check-out time of 10:00 a.m. It helps us to know if you are leaving before 8 a.m. Since we are not in the office on Saturday mornings, it is best to check with us about next year during the week or on Friday.
No smoking in the cottages or the Thompson House.
We do not allow pets on the property. This includes dogs, cats, and any other animals. We can recommend boarding facilities in the area.
