Policies

We rent cottages for a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
Cottages & apartments may be available for a 3-night minimum off-season and on short notice in-season

Deposits:

We ask for a deposit of 25% by the end of January. The balance is due when you arrive.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep your reservation. If we have not heard from you by the end of January (or fairly soon after making the reservation) we will contact you to see if you are still interested so that we can fill the vacancy if you are unable to keep your reservation.

Cancellations:

Deposits are refundable until 28 days before arrival, less a $25 processing fee. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is within 28 days of arrival.

Check-In Time:

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you arrive early we ask that you please find something to do in the area until 3:00 pm; we can provide suggestions. We take the time to make sure the cottage is very clean rather than rushing our staff. 

We are busy turning cottages over on Saturday mornings. If you call before noon on Saturday you can leave a message and we will return your call promptly when we are back in the office.

Check-Out Time:

Please respect our check-out time of 10:00 a.m. It helps us to know if you are leaving before 8 a.m.  Since we are not in the office on Saturday mornings, it is best to check with us about next year during the week or on Friday.

Pets:

We do not allow pets on the property. This includes dogs, cats, and any other animals. We can recommend boarding facilities in the area.
